This is Great Golf with Mountain Views
The River Course is a longer, more traditional layout with generous landing areas and water in play on 14 of 18 holes. The course winds along and across the Little Pigeon River with the iconic Smoky Mountains and plenty of wildlife as your backdrop. You might even spot our resident bald eagles — they’ve made the River Course home too.
The River Course is currently host to:
- The TSSAA State HS Golf Championships
- The TGA State Mid-Am
- Tennessee’s only AJGA Preview event
- The Scotty — hosted by PGA Tour winner Scott Stallings

Highlands Golf Course
Not as easy as it looks, more fun than you expected.
Six par 3's. Rolling hills. Mountain streams. Tree-lined fairways and elevation changes that make every hole feel like its own adventure. The Highlands Course is a Par 70 built for pure enjoyment — but don’t let the yardage fool you. The elevation, the angles, and the terrain have humbled plenty of players.
This one’s fun, but bring your A-game anyway.

Both courses at Sevierville Golf Club were designed by D.J. DeVictor, who also designed the original Eagle’s Landing course that preceded the current facility. The club reopened as a 36-hole complex in 2011, incorporating parts of the original routing into both the River and Highlands layouts. That history gives the property a mature feel even though the current two-course configuration is relatively new.
Yes. With 36 holes on site, multiple tee options on both courses, championship event infrastructure, and on-property dining at Mulligan’s, Sevierville suits foursomes and larger groups well. Bertram specializes in group bookings and can schedule River and Highlands tee times across your stay with lodging matched to your group size.
Sevierville sits between Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the national park, which makes it easy to combine 36 holes of golf with restaurants, attractions, and mountain scenery. For groups who have played Crossville, Fairfield Glade, or Tellico, Sevierville adds a riverfront Smoky Mountain option with two courses on one property. Bertram books trips across all of these Tennessee destinations.
Many groups start with the River Course for the marquee river-and-mountain experience, then move to the Highlands for a different challenge with six par 3s and rolling terrain. If your group prefers a shorter, more varied card to open the trip, flip the order. Mixed-ability groups often appreciate Highlands’ multiple tee options, while competitive groups tend to prioritize the longer River layout.
Daily green fees are set by the club and vary by season, course, and day of week. For current walk-up pricing and tee times, contact the pro shop at (865) 429-4223 or visit the River Course and Highlands Course pages on the city site. Through Bertram, rounds are bundled into custom per-golfer package pricing with coordinated lodging and tee times. Submit a quote request for an all-in number for your group.
Yes. Bertram coordinates Sevierville golf packages that can include the River Course, the Highlands Course, or both during the same trip. Bertram handles lodging coordination, greens fees, and pre-set tee times so your group is not booking each round and hotel stay separately. Yes, especially on the River Course. Sevierville Golf Club is home to a pair of resident bald eagles that nest on the property. Black bears have also been spotted near the courses given the proximity to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Wildlife and mountain backdrops are part of what makes this facility feel distinct from plateau courses in Crossville.
The River Course is the primary championship host, with events including the TSSAA State High School Golf Championships, the TGA State Mid-Am, Tennessee’s only AJGA Preview event, and The Scotty, hosted by PGA Tour winner Scott Stallings. The Highlands Course has also hosted state-level competition and consistently ranks among top public layouts in Tennessee. Tournament pedigree is one reason Bertram includes Sevierville as an East Tennessee destination.
Yes. Sevierville Golf Club has 36 holes on site, and many groups play the River Course one day and the Highlands Course the next, or both during a longer stay. The facility also offers a driving range, putting green, chipping area, pro shop, and the Mulligan’s clubhouse. Bertram can build a multi-round Sevierville golf package around both courses with coordinated tee times.
The River Course is the longer, more traditional layout: par 72, about 7,120 yards from the back tees, with water in play on 14 of 18 holes along the Little Pigeon River. The Highlands Course is par 70 with six par 3 holes, rolling terrain, tree-lined fairways, and mountain ponds at about 6,200 yards from the back tees. River is generally the stiffer test. Highlands is built for enjoyment, but elevation and angles still challenge better players.
Sevierville Golf Club is at 1444 Old Knoxville Highway, Sevierville, TN 37876, minutes from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The mountain foothills and river setting are a big part of why groups choose Sevierville for a Smoky Mountain golf trip instead of, or in addition to, Crossville and Fairfield Glade.
Sevierville Golf Club is a 36-hole public golf facility in Sevierville, Tennessee, at the gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains. It features two championship layouts on one property: the River Course (par 72) along the Little Pigeon River and the Highlands Course (par 70) through rolling hills, tree-lined fairways, and mountain streams. Together they give golfers two very different 18-hole experiences without leaving the club.
